My wife brought it up the other day that it has been awhile since we had the carpets cleaned by Gary & the carpets are still looking great, You see, we heard that the residue is what causes the carpets to get dirty again fast like in the past with other cleanings. So we did some research this time and came across Miracle Services web site. We liked what we saw and felt very comfortable with Gary on the phone so we scheduled a cleaning. We never have really received the kind of service that he gave us and the part about getting the carpet dry. It was a real pleasure to have Gary come and clean my carpets. He first came to my home last year and cleaned my carpets and left them looking brand new. The most positive carpet cleaning experience ever for me!!! I have had a persistent problem with residual odor from dogs urinating on my carpet. I received a lot of "counsel" on the phone from Gary when I called to make an appointment, and more when he came to my home. He was on time, confirmed his appointment the night before, charged less than quoted in my phone conversation with him, and was thorough in explaining some possible potential problems with my specific carpet.
