This is not a reputable business. We began working with Victor 2 weeks ago and not once has shown any professionalism. He didn't even know where the property was when he was "showing" it to us. We had to give him directions. That should have been the big clue. Unfortunately, my fiance and I were really trying to get this place before anyone else snatched it up. Now I am stuck trying to get a meeting with this guy and he won't even man up and pick up his phone. Wow. Stay away. Not someone you want to deal with.
