This is not a reputable business. We began working with Victor 2 weeks ago and not once has shown any professionalism. He didn't even know where the property was when he was "showing" it to us. We had to give him directions. That should have been the big clue. Unfortunately, my fiance and I were really trying to get this place before anyone else snatched it up. Now I am stuck trying to get a meeting with this guy and he won't even man up and pick up his phone. Wow. Stay away. Not someone you want to deal with. I have lived at this complex for over 2 years and while previously I have not had major issues or even interactions with the management, I had a recent run-in that is making me rethink my previously loyalty to this complex. I recently discovered an infestation of bugs in my apartment; after reporting this problem to the management I was told that they would provide me with some "home remedy" while I awaited the regularly schedule ORKIN visit the following week. This "home remedy" was never delivered and then a week later, ORKIN did not show up either. They sprayed the exterior of the complex but, as was later explained to me, were unable to spray individual apartments because it was "outside of the community's contract" (in other words they would have had to pay for this). I will now have been living with a bug problem for 2 weeks and I'm not keeping my fingers crossed that the ORKIN may will ever show up, just as the "home remedy" never seemed to appear either. The apartment complex is very well maintained and the management is helpful and friendly. The complex is extremely pet friendly. The community seems to be mostly older residents, with a few younger people as well. It is typically very quiet and peaceful. I have lived here for a year and haven't had any problems with crime or anything else. The apartments across the street are full of some shady people, but on the whole, Village Greens seems unaffected by the neighborhood. ...read more
