This place doesnt even deserve one star. I would have gotten a cheaper ticket with a better route and picked my own seat if i had bought my ticket online. But i thought maybe an agent would be able to do something better since its a very long distance. The lady who works there, Arlette screwed me completely! She gave me wrong information and after she cashed my check she sent me a new intinerary with 3 stops!!!!! ...read more
