BUYER BEWARE: This is what I just found on ripoffreport.com on these guys. To anyone that has concerns about purchasing window coverings. I recently purchased Custom Wood Shutters from Meridian Window Products. I had a gentleman by the name of Kenny Hammond out to my house and he was a good talker and knew exactly what to say to me, for me to purchase from him. It is now 10 weeks from the date I gave him my deposit for the job and I haven't been able to get in contact with him at all. He promised me 4 to 6 weeks and here we are at the 10th week, with out one shutter in my home and me out 3700 dollars. The only reason I am on here is because after the 8th week and I haven't heard from anyone, I started to really do my research and I found out that this Kenny Hammond has at least two different companies that he goes in as.
