After more than 30 years with Allstate, Rick Adams is the sole reason that I cancelled my insurance and switched to another company. I signed blank mileage forms for Mr. Adams to complete. Adams falseified these documents in order to raise my rates and increase his commission. I complained to Allstate, but they have done nothing to this date. Adams smiles to your face and stabs you in the back. I now use a differents insurance company with better coverage at a lower rate. If you have insurance with this "crook" and that is the nicest name I can call him; check your policy over with a fine tooth comb. ...read more
