One thing to consider when reading reviews, is that the bad ones are the most honest, since business owners wouldn't get on and write bad reviews about themselves or have friends write bad ones to inflate the ratings.I recently tried to buy a motorcycle from Pacific Motorsports, and after many emails sent back and forth, a price was agreed upon. When called over the phone to handle paperwork, they attempted to increase the price and claim that the law dictated so. It doesn't, which i confirmed with the DMV shortly after the manager cussed me out and insulted the fact that i was in the military. With that being said, i believe that the customer should be treated with respect (the American people are the "customers" of members of the military).
