Jennifer Woodward (owner). Horrible "lack of" service rating. Their rates are higher than normal (fine at first since we assumed we would have excellent service) but you certainly DO NOT get what you pay for. Both buyer (we) and seller agree that their communication is the absolute worst. Either they are super understaffed or it's that their employees are just so unprofessional, they do not even return simple telephone calls / e-mails in a timely fashion. I would not recommended this company to handle anybody's escrow because of such integrity issues. Add in the fact that the economy is currently undergoing a recession... No matter how many other experiences detailed going forward, know that this is one true experience that was highly unsatisfactory. ...read more

This escrow company is impossible to contact. They never answer the phone, never return message nor e-mails!! That is true not only with the client but also with the mortgage broker or the agents... Beside this inexistent communication they are unable to close in time, even with all the documents in hands... To avoid absolutely!! ...read more
