If I could give a no star rating I would. DO NOT USE Conroy's on West Shaw This place absolutely ruined our valentine's day. At 10am on V-day my GF was called to confirm the location for the delivery which takes the surprise out of the whole thing!! but that is not the kicker. She confirmed the location and was promised a call back. At 3:00 when she was leaving work she called them due to no phone call. They again said they would call back. I called at 3:30 and changed the delivery to come to the house and asked that I get an ETA. Without boring you with the details no calls back, I had to call them back multiple times and every time was promised a call back with an ETA. Well, it became extremely important to get the time as dinner reservation time was imminent. I called them back again and they could not give me a time. 8 phone calls over 2 hours and no calls back, no flowers, no chocolates, no balloons and no teddy bear.
