They had the worsest customer service and there prices were out of control. They marked up the UPS, Fedex, and US mail prices so high. I can believe they lasted as long as they did. I only go to The UPS Store in Dixon. They have the UPS price and great customer service. Fast, professional, clean, great price on copies. The only place to go in Dixon for Copies, Faxing, Printing, Mailing, Notary Service, Packaging, and of course shipping. Ask for Chad. ...read more

I don't know how these guys are in business. They are so rude and their prices are so outragous. They wanted to charge me $35.31 for a UPS ground package to Texas. I called UPS to get a price quote and they told me it would be $26.98 to send a 20 lb box ground. Rey told me they are the same price as UPS, but they are a rip off and they lie. ...read more
