The absolute worst service ever! This branch has stolen over $1,000 from us! They came out on October 21st to install our alarm system. I was then told the system we signed up for wasn't going to work and we would need to upgrade to the wireless for more money. The tech left wires everywhere, boxes out and the alarm cover sitting on my staircase with a big hole in the wall. In the meantime ADT cashed our check for installation for over $1,000. The rep Tim came back out to set up another installation 2 weeks later and still nothing was done. I have called the office to request for a refund since we are out over $1,000 and have NOTHING to show for it. I have left Brian Pershall the Branch Manager 2 messages with no call back and his Manager 1 message with no call back either. The Install was quick and the system is simple to use.\t\nThe sales guy had a no pressure approach. \t\nI had a six month garranty if I was not satisfied too.\t\nA $500 insurace deductable coverage and a lifetime warranty witch includes the batteries. That's great!\t\n\t\nI read Tyco bought out ADT (American District Telegraph) in the 90's and it's now over 130 years old. They protect over 25 million American's. Including 80% of the fortune 500 companies and 80% of the banks and goverment agencies. ADT Monitored Home Security is the best investment I ever made. I live in a gated neighborhood and lock my doors and windows, so I always thought I was safe. But when a couple of neighbors reported break ins, I decided to look for a security system. ADT had the best service and only cost around $1 per day. I even got a discount on my homeowners insurance after I installed ADT! It only took about 2 weeks for my home security system to prove its value.
