The place is kept clean, on the daily, I see the people who work in the apartment cleaning/ vacuuming the hallways and communal areas. If they offered 0 stars I would rate it as such. They do get 1 start for having cheap rent and large apartments. Apartments are infested with roaches, carpet is very nasty in majority of units. Ground are unkept to the point where you will step in other peoples trash or pet faeces. The laundry rooms are very dirty and half of the washers and driers to not work. The dishwasher and stove appear to be made in the 1960's and since the apartment is all electric so are the appliances. Electric bill is extremely high so fair warning, as well as the electric deposit. You could risk loosing your deposit when moving out. If I were you I would search more ratings on this apartment to make your own conclusion. ...read more
