I just want to publicly thank you guys again for helping me locate, finance, and rent out not one but all three of my rental properties in the San Fernando Valley. I still don't believe I was able to buy the homes with so much equity in them and the tenants are paying for my mortgage. My wife and I are such believers now and telling family, friends, and clients about you guys, even the ones that cannot purchase in cash.
