Dave Schiller has been my agent since I got my driver's license 23 years ago (drivers + car insurance). Over the past 13 years, as the value of my Acura has decreased, Dave's office has provided guidance in making changes to my coverage along the way. As a result, I only pay for coverage I need and from which I will benefit. I appreciate this help, and because of it I feel they have my best interest in mind.\t\n\t\nMy parents have been clients for much longer than I have. They also have homeowners (and whatever else) with Dave's office. I won't speak for them, but I can't recall ever hearing a complaint from either of my parents.\t\n\t\nDave has also been helpful with temporary insurance for rental cars, providing info on other forms of insurance (over the phone and by sending material in a timely manner), and I just called to request renter's insurance. \t\n\t\nEvery intention of keeping my business here. ...read more

I've been insured with Steve's office for a few years now and have told many of my friends they should move their insurance to his office. There is always a person there that picks up the phone or answers an e-mail. You just don't get that type of service anymore. I was late paying my insurance, I mean really late like it was going to cancel the next day. I got the normal letter and so on that all stacked up in "the pile" but just to make sure I took care of things their office called me on the phone too. I did make a payment just in time and although I felt like a fool they were cool with it. I wish all the other companies I have to deal with were as nice. ...read more
