Flour Child Cakery

NEGATIVE FIVE STARSI ordered my wedding cake from this company and it was a mistake! I would not reccommend them for any occassion. When my wedding cake arrived we expressed our dismay at the way it looked. It was lop sided, the colors did not match, the scroll work was uneven and the overall appearance was less than pro work, on top of all that the delivery man/part owner put his hand in the cake creating a huge dent. When we cut the cake it was not the flavor we ordered and it fell apart due to how dry the cake texture was. I watched my guests take a bite and throw it away because it tasted horrible. When I spoke to the owner of this company to get them to rectify all their mistakes, they reluctantly offered a very small portion of our money back ONLY if we would sign a waiver that we wouldn't give them a bad review. My guests and family posted reviews on facebook only to have each and every one of them deleted from the site and blocked. This company is not reliable or trustworthy and I warn anyone with a special occassion....use walmart...even their cakes look and taste better than this place.

The colors were wrong, the mango filling was missing, and to top it off the delivery man put a nice hand print into the side top half. The guests we watched eat the cake took one bite and tossed the rest in the trash :( When I posted what happened onto their Facebook page I was met with my comment deleted and I got blocked. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy.
