SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY- JUST ALL AROUND TERRIBLE. MY HOUSE IS DIRTIER B/C OF THEM !

BAD, BAD, BAD
WORST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. After paying this company over 200.00 to clean my carpet and discovering that it was not cleaned properly I contacted the company was given a day and time that someone would come back and twice they failed to show up. They did'nt even call to cancel. After calling them for the 3rd time the same guy came back and refused to redo the floors. On the initial visit he said the floors didn't look bad but on the second visit advised that the carpet needing replacing. I wonder what happened between the ttwo weeks to make my carpet so horrible. I again tried to contact the owner/manager but was yelled at by someone named Brad and basically told they would not come back to fix the problem they caused. I would never recommend this company to anyone. THEY HAVE NO CLUE OF PROFESSIONALISM.
