The absolute WORST rental company EVER. They are complete and utter slumlords and treat their tenants like they are ghetto. They don't know ANYTHING about their properties, and then as soon as you are even a minute late on your rent, they will evict you. I have lived in one of their properties for 2 years and the ba<x>sement leaks, the house is growing black mold, there are mice and ants, and even possums living in the ba<x>sement. The air conditioning and heating is so old I am paying like I live in a castle, and when I asked them to replace the carpet, they said, "okay", but only if they could increase my rent $40 a month. Do NOT rent from Bergman!!!
