Fletchers Pianos & Organs

Though moving services reasonably priced, don't expect your piano to make it in one piece. Not friendly service at all!!!! Mr. Mu complained about the size and location of my piano, though notified of all details prior to being hired. My piano was not supported properly as it was moved down the truck ramp. They lost grip and my piano slammed into the side of my house. Both house and piano have damage marks. Mr. Mu's only reply "Your piano is chipped but at least my arm wasn't broken." Then upon delivery I find my middle D key is broken - does not play a sound when pressed. Mr. Mu was quick to recommend his friend's repair services - at my own expense! No apologies from Mr. Mu, his only final comment being "I would have charged you more [than he quoted for his price], but I damaged your piano." That piano is a family heirloom and I mistakenly trusted it to Fletchers Piano & Organs. Don't make the same mistake!

I bought a guitar there once, a flying V and they said they had ordered a case for it. It was supposed to be there within 2 weeks, but as it turns out, it didn't show up for 2 months!!!

This is place is a horrible music store that is very bad to its customers.

for starters they are highly over priced for a $300 ibanez bass they want 350. second their trade in deals are rediculous. if you trade in they take what they'll give you off of the list price not the price they actually sell the guitar for. also they will not to a straight trade they will give you the lowest possible price. they told me my trade was worth between 325 and 220 but then told me the most they would give me toward a bass is 225. terrible customer service terrible prices and not willing to work out deals what so ever
