tried to use their site and would not accept my credit card?? Called customer service and she wasnt helpful, Dont bother...

I've been ordering from FishEx for several years now, but I just placed an order (on 12/18/11) for my sister's 50th birthday. They promised me shipping on 12/27/11 (her birthday). Instead I get a shipping notice today (12/26) saying it will be a day late (12/28). They never called to let me change my dates, even though there was plenty of time.

I paid $38 for shipping alone (on a $60 order) and they couldn't get it there on time. I called them today (12/26) and they said they only just found out that FedEx and UPS are closed today. This is a company whose entire business is based on shipping!

I called to ask if there was anything that could be done, and they did NOT offer a rebate on shipping, a coupon, or even an apology! Instead, the owner had someone call us back to cancel our order entirely, because he didn't like that we called to complain.

After just reading another review about their recent poor quality, I'm glad. We'll be ordering from elsewhere from now on. Too ba
