I had an incident today where Sandy (could be spelled Sandi), one of the people who work at the gym, was incredibly rude to my 10 year old son. This kind of rude treatment, especially to a child, is beyond unprofessional and uncalled for. We left the gym with him in tears and me shocked that anyone could be so mean to a child. I spent the entire ride home and much of the morning explaining to him about how some grown-ups are just mean and how he should not take her mean treatment of him to heart. What a shame that he has to learn these lessons at a place we pay to attend? Shame on you Sandy for hurting a little boy's feelings and I will be writing a letter to the hospital administrator outlining the incident in detail.
