First Line Medical Supply Company

My mom is in a nursing home and gets $600 worth of benefits from this company as part of her United Healthcare/Evercare supplemental Medicaid benefits. What a scam! Their products are twice as much or more than what you would pay for them in the store and most of them are products that she would get for free included as part of the nursing home care expenses or they are products she doesn't need. Their product listings are very limited and have gotten to be fewer each year. If you don't use your $600 benefit, you lose it for the year. But who really pays for this is the taxpayer. First Line is getting rich off of taxpayer money. Talk about waste in healthcare costs. Right now I need to replace my mom's glasses. She currently has no line Transitions lenses, but I am having issues with Evercare paying for the additional features. I would gladly forego my $600 First Line benefits for something we could REALLY use.
