First Liberty Bank & Trust A Div of Community Bank NA

I am displeased right now because i deposited money into my account on friday and was going to pay bills by phone but i could not because my money was not processed correctly and not in my account and still is not, and bill collectors stateing cancellations and late fees for non-payments that were promissed, what the hell is going on????

I was a customer with Community Bank NA For 18 Yrs, And not Once did I ever owe late fees, bank draft fees until they joined with FIRST LIBERTY BANK, And now a "Community Bank" who Once "Appreciated" my business No longer cares about my 18 yrs of service! Its all about finding ways to STEAL and hit you with "Hidden fees" They changed the way their telephone banking works, I did all of my banking over the phone for 18 years and now that has even changed to "Benefit them" It was "ALWAYS" Current and now its NOT! I had a $1,000.00 line of credit which I would "ALWAYS" pay off the entire amount that I would use within One week, Example.I may use 250.00 throughout the week But come payday Friday Id call the banking line and pay it off in full and NEVER owe interest or late fees NOW when I call it always says 0 balance due until you have reached a max that incurred fees and interest, I talked to the branch Mgr who said "IT IS WHAT IT IS" when I asked him why they changed it! I closed my Acct
