None return of overpayment
This cleaners over charge me $411.90 for a bill for $41.90 on 12/15/08. They did a refund on 12/16/08 for the $411.90. However, this money has of yet to be returned to my account. They also rebilled me for the original bill of $41.90. As to date, they have received $453.80 for a cleaners bill of $41.90. It should not take this long to receive my refund. This is very poor customer service. I need my money returned ASAP.
