Average work, done fairly quickly. Owner seems very personable & charming, but do not trust service to return to finish work if paid in advance, speaking from experience. Be sure owner and supervisor know exactly what you want done, and have it written down explicitely. Do not prepay for the contract, or the work may not be done despite the owner's promise to return.
