Fatburger-the BEST burger!
Best burger I've ever had, hands down, super juicy nice n' thick and they use a seasoning on the meat that makes it taste great-way better than other burgers.Steak fries are great too.

If you like good old fashined burgers then this is the place for you. Be sure to add a fried egg to your burger and try the onion rings. Great place!!

I was very disappointed and insulted by how I was treated recently. Upon entering the line, the customer ahead of me had some issues with her order. The manager on-duty tried to intervene, walked away, did not acknowledge me, and proceeded to take the orders for the customers behind me. By the time the confused register employee took my order, I had waited a total of 10 minutes.
When I placed my order, the register clerk seemed confused. When the order arrived, it was incorrect. The manager only came to my table to address the issue when I requested his assistance. The order was remade incorrectly a SECOND time, and the chili was lukewarm on the burgers and in the cup (as part of a side order). The manager took the food back to be remade again. When the THIRD order was made, the server neglected to include a side cup of chili with one of the burgers. The manager only became involved AGAIN when he heard my voice asking for the chili that shouldve been included with the sandwich. My children and I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order to be made correctly and in accordance with food safety standards (i.e., the lukewarm chili).
This was the worst customer service experience that I have had in recent memory. I confronted the manager about not acknowledging me as a customer when I had been waiting in line, and the lack of training/communication with his staff. All the manager offered was a half-hearted and condescending apology saying people sometimes make mistakes. As an employee of a company that prides itself on exemplary customer service (Starbucks), and being an ex Los Angelino who grew up eating at Fatburger in the 1960s, this experience has soured me on Fatburger restaurants overall.
