Fasttrack Airpot Parking

Check in at the beginning of my trip was fine. The return was when my problem started. On 8.27.10 we arrived after 1am to pick up my car. The desk agent was unable to process my reservation for the $45.86 amount and told me she would/could charge me $71(just leave my Credit Card # with her) and I could get a refund!!!! What!*!!! Being so tired from my flight I waited over 30min(while looking at my car outside) for the desk agent and another person bicker about the correct codes to use in the computer. Watch them scan my paperwork numerous times and shake their heads when it didn't work. I finally offered to pay cash and had to talk them through giving me a paper confirmation that I paid. They didn't know how to have the computer process that I paid cash! This was the worst experience and to top it off the other worker called himself correcting me and telling me my paperwork means I have to pay. Then he turned his back on me and walked off! I have called their corporate offic

So I take my brand new car to the FastTrack parking lot in Philadelphia and valet it. The car was a month old. I unload my trunk where the damage was done and there was not one scratch. I come back from my trip and the back bumper has deep scratches to it. I complain immediately to the front desk, they tell me to call their claims office on Tuesday. The woman asks me to send pictures of the damage and I do. I call to follow up and can't get anyone on the phone for 2 weeks. When I finally do get someone they tell me that this claim has been denied stating that this type of damage could not occur in their lot. They are stacking cars basically on top of one another trying to collect as much money as possible from people. You tell me how this type of damage is not possible with a bunch of nitwits working in the lot. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE TO IT!!!!

I parked my car at the FastTrack parking lot on June 27 - July 4. Upon returning I found my car damaged, both left doors were scraped. They told me to call the claims office on Monday. When I called the claims office they informed me that the claim was denied that the lot said that it was preexisting damage. Pretty convenient way of getting out of being responsible for property damage. I suggest finding a more reputable parking facility. They squeeze the vehicles in so tight that you cannot walk between them. While picking up my vehicle I noticed vehicles parked with windows down, doors open and unlocked and vehicles bumpers touching one and other. GREAT VALET PARKING
