Fairfield Tire Center Inc

I have been a long time customer of this establishment until recently I haven't had any problems. Two years ago my truck was in an accident naturally when the repair shop did the work they asked where id I want to go for tires. I said Fairfield Tire. I have purchased many pairs of tires from this place and my last two experiences haven't been favorable. When I took it in for a repair as I found a nail in the tire they charged me for the repair because the last two tires I purchased from the accident didn't include road hazard coverage. REALLY an long time customer, it wasn't my fault that the idiot that hit my truck flattened the tires that did have road hazard insurance. Oh and the week before when I took another tire in for repair due to a mishap with my teenage daughter I requested a new rim they told me I didn't need it and the rim was shot. Was it because I am a woman? Not happy here, won't go back now.
