I had the worst possible experience with this "company." The contractor overpriced every part of the work that was done - to the point that my insurance company refused to pay for the work without invoices from the subcontractors hired by the company. The company refused. While they argued I sat without a working kitchen for over four months. I finally got a lawyer involved and fired Executive Exteriors. During that four months every sub either didn't do the job that was planned or created more damage to my home in the process. Finally, before my insurance company agreed to repairs at my house the contractor representing the company tried to sell me other things (roof, siding, attic insulation) - all the while telling me "I can't guarantee it but the insurance company will pay for it...they should because of the ice dam....and we offer financing if they don't." Absolute. Nightmare. Experience.

These guys changed the way I look at contractors. They communicated with me every day and every step of the way, cleaned up like they said they would, and made me feel special. I am a raving fan.
