Staff is very rude, had a party for 1pm they made us wait 'til 1:10 to get inside. The hall was extremely hot, one of our guests left because of the heat, and the frosting on the cake was melting. They gave us bad skates and blades. They ignored us when ever we went to the counter to order anything. The pizza was to be done by 2, but didn't come out til 2:30. I will never have a party or skate there again.
