sales women on afternoon of February 19th

Unfriendly, didn't like children. if they had steel rulers they would have whacked the kid's knuckles for daring to touch the shoes. With salespersons like like, hang up the store closing sign.

Poor Customer Service

I have shopped at this store for several years, spending a couple of thousand and never had an issue, until today 1/17/2011
I wanted to exchange a 100.00 dollar pair of shoes due to the design flaw that makes my left foot ache terribly. I purchased the shoes in Oct. of 2010, worn them twice and have the reciept, but was told by the sales clerk that since I had worn them outside she could not help me, and it had been over 30 days. Due to foot surgery I was not able to get back to the store until today and for the past month have not been able to wear a shoe on my left foot, so really did not think about it. As for wearing them outside, if I had not told her she would not have known. Marcy, the store manager would not even come out from the back to talk to me,, sent her clerk to tell me no they could not help me. This was the last time I will go to this store. I will no longer recommend them like I have in the past. With the prices they charge, I expect better customer service.

Poor Customer Service

Have shopped at this store for several years and have spent between 1500 and 2 thousand there with never a problem. Today I had a complaint for the first time, had issue with 100.00 dollar pair of shoes, purchased in Oct. only worn twice, have reciept. Had foot surgery so not able to get back to store until today. Wanted exchange NOT refund, since design flaw in shoe causes much pain, Marcy the manager, would not even come out to talk to me, just said had her sales person tell me no they could not help me. Will not shop there again, for the money they charge I would expect a bit more customer satisfaction.
