Eunoia has competent, friendly staff that are willing to go the step beyond to help make sure your care is covered by insurance, you get to your appointments on time, and you are working towards a goal. They will call you to remind you of your appointment- even on the day of if you're prone to forgetting! Eunoia works hard to maintain your privacy, and will call you later in the day to make appointments or settle payments if other patients are around. Offices for the 3 psychologists are comfortable and they make sure to maintain your privacy by having noise machines by the door. Psychologists are very knowledgeable and will work with you at your pace. But their ultimate goal is to help you not need them, so yes, some people may not like what they are told at their appointment because they don't want to change. Eunoia is a MUCH better experience then seeing the psychologists at Mayo.
