Another Former EEL Customer

This place sucks!

If I could have given a negative star rating I would have. We have been customers here for years but now that there is new ownership we can't stand it. The owner is disrespectful and treats his customers almost as bad as his employees. I would rather drive further and pay more than use this fool for anything.

USE CLARKSON LAB IN CHULA VISTA

I agree with the other reviewer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON EEL. They were marginal before the new ownership; absolutely lousy since. The only reason I used EEL is they are closer to me than Clarkson. I have to bug them to get the results out in a week; Clarkson has 24 hour lab test results in my fax machine 25 to 30 hours after I drop off the sample, with no special handling fees. EEL charges $2.00 to fax, after I spend days bugging them to get it out. I have actually received the mailed copy from EEL before the faxed one. CLARKSON LAB IS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARE LOCATED JUST OFF THE 54 AT HIGHLAND EXIT.
350 TROUSDALE, 619-425-1932. YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED.

Do yourself a favor and use another lab...

Customer service has gone to pot since the new ownership. Do not return calls or requests. If something isn't right during analysis, they do not give you a courtesy call giving you an explanation...just the results. Do not bring necessary supplies when picking up unless you ask (no brainer...they're taking...they should replace.
