Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car over the Thanksgiving week while ours was in the shop - my third rental from this local office in the past year or so. Had a truly minor scrape on the bumper. From that moment on we were no longer customers we were criminals - at least by an officious and obnoxious clerk in the Chapel Hill office. Wish I had her name to add here.
