This company gets people to work for them in call centers and doesn't pay the agents unless the calls are according to their guideline . They don't pay a set rate for the time the agent is available. This means an agent can be available for 8 hours or more per day and only get paid $5 for their time if the majority of calls are answered by answering machines, hang-ups, etc. Enclarity should be ashamed.
