I called these guys from Chicago on short notice for some very particular Mother's Day exotic flowers and they were extremely attentive, responsive, helpful, courteous, professional, and downright gracious.

They took the time out of their hectic "Mother's Day Rush" to call me back (in Chicago) being quite attentive in listening to my needs and preferences and they deftly elicited from me what it is my Mom would be delighted to see blooming before her.

They created a one-of-a-kind truly elegant designer arrangement of well-matched exotic flowers in a very appropriate vase and my Mother raved about these flowers.

They were delivered as promised and even made sure that my Mom was home.
