Reviews about Embers Lodge
Great place if you don't have Hilton taste
My wife and I have stayed at The Embers several times. We always get the same room, which has a fireplace and a kitchenette. The room is always reasonably priced and has a rustic feel. I understand that the place used to house the cast and crew of several TV and movie shoots during the 50s and 60s, so that kind of makes it even more fun. They don't have all of the amenities that you"ll find in high-end hotels, but if you're looking for a nice cozy fire on a snowy mountain night or a place to settle into after a night in the village, this is a great little spot.
