EPS-PROS

We recently hired EPS to complete a large upgrade on our PC's and servers. We have about 400 users and needed expertise in the email client software & our cloud service. The techs were surprisingly kind and very thorough in the upgrades.

We were very happy with the final results; the techs wound up having to re-map all of our devices (they were smart enough to keep several units and devices from the upgrade) but we were able to complete our work load during this process.

I have been a customer of EPS PROS now for about 1.5 yrs. The service is much better than we have experienced in the past. The pricing is fair since we get every penny that we pay for. The employees are kind and professional. The communication is excellent!

Our MRI/Ultrasound lab is open 24*7 365. We called EPS and requested an emergency repair on a 3D printer and another imaging device. With no hopes of a return email/phone call, the tech Adrian showed up within an hour later to our surprise and we were back up and running smoothly in no time. Hats off EPS a job well done!
