Metro by T-Mobile

Do not go here unless you want to be told a story and charged more !!! I will put it correctly, they Lie to get your money then over charge !Terrible place to do business. I am a patient and honest man, each time I have been to this store I have been lied to and charged extra money. On one occasion they short changed me, I notice it as I walked out the door. I walked back in and the look of guilt was obvious they knew what they were doing. My first visit to the store was to get a new phone, Metro PCS contacted me when the joined wit T Mobile and had to get a new phone. Metro Pcs stated it was a free upgrade, The store insisted is was not free even though my new phone was on a list of free exchanges, I needed phone right away so I paid the fee of $50 plus some other fee and taxes, believe it cost me $85 by the time I was done. On another occasion I went in to upgrade service to get the free hots pot. I read the brochure in store and was told it it is unlimited with the unlimited data plan so I upgraded my plan and added the hot spot. The hot spot is not unlimited and was only 2.5 Gig. The phone and hot spot are used for work purposes and is not enough. Last visit to the store I was told the 8 Gig SD card was on sale for $16 so I decided to get it. They gave me a 4 gig card and was told I would get the discounted price. I was charged $20. I tried returning the SD card after reviewing my receipt a couple of days later. I was told all sales are final. The card was exactly as I received with no damage to package or never opened. The would not return My money. Metro PCS lost a long time customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store tricks their customers into paying for the highest plan without the customers knowledge and consent. The representative folded up the receipt and put it in the phone box without letting me review it first. I didn't find out until my next bill was due. I keep calling to speak to the manager RAMON
about his representative ELIZA but he keeps hanging up on me. They also will not answer the business phone. I have all the information they need to research this but unwilling to help.
