I feel like a sucker for using Harry and Leon. Either they are crooks or they don't have a clue about what they are doing. I will assume the latter.\t\n\t\nAfter a bad past experience with these guys (relating to me catching Harry in a lie or again giving the benefit of the doubt - a misunderstanding) I decided to give him one more chance.\t\n\t\nTo make a long story short, I took the car in for problems running in the rain. After $1,000 they fixed everything except the root cause - a $100 wheel well cover! Not only that, but Harry tried to sell me $800 worth of motor mounts and transmission mounts that he said were broken. A couple of weeks later I took the car to the Ford Dealer who not only fixed the wheel well problem, but said there was nothing wrong with the mounts. What a surprise!!!

I have been going to Electroleon for 16 years. In all that time I have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Leon and Harry are incredibly professional and they are fantastic at what they do. They are honest and fair. More than fair. They treat me like family and it makes visiting their shop a pleasure. I always know they will be completely upfront and honest about what work needs to be done on my car. I cannot imagine anyone receiving less than stellar customer service from them so the other review on here completely shocks me. I completely trust them and you will not have any issues if you bring your car to them for servicing.
