Great Food...Clean Facility...Tell Maria I Sent You!
I've lived in Callahan for 10 years, and visited almost every restaurant serving Callahan during that period. Some have good food, but poor service; others have great service but so-so food; some should never have opened and others should be closed or stay that way. But the El Dorado Mexican Restaurant owners Miguel and Maria Ruiz have an establishment any person that enjoys great food at modest prices should visit, perhaps a few times a week, and give their tastebuds a real treat!
