I interviewed many daycares in the eastside area before choosing ECA. I had trouble getting a call back & they still are not good about answering the phone, but the daycare is affordable & the teachers care about my son. They listen to everything I ask as a parent and want him to succeed. They keep in communication with us if our child is sick or not acting like himself. The other teachers know him by name and know our family. They are making changes to their menu to create healthier options, and the director is very positive and interested in keeping the parents happy. I wish there was a larger parking lot and that they opened before 7:30 am, but I have no plans to move my child from this daycare, and I consider myself a picky mom with very high expectations. I am proud to say my son goes to ECA.
