Dr.Aaron Feiler (EASTERN DENTAL)

horrible horrible place. i was yelled at and belittled by one of there dentists for trying to explain to my 9 yr old in tears why he needed his tooth pulled and where i was goin to be waiting since i was told to "get out" of the room by the dentist. As i continued to explain to my son the dentist kept saying "get out of here" After my sons tooth was pulled i was asked to have a chat with this dentist cause what he had to say to me he couldn't say it in front of my kids. He then told me i was the problem why my 9 yr old child was so upset and hes the dentist that knows better how to handle a childs reaction. He also told me i was more upset then my child. At this point all my children were in tears not cause i was upset but because of how this guy was treating there mother. Ive never been treated like this before it was a nightmare. He let me and my children and everyone else in that office know that he was better then everyone in there cause "he is a dentist". I was then asked to wait for a min by the office manager she wanted to talk to me. She took my complaint and also heard all of what was said...the outcome of this was she told me if you don't like to deal with a dentist like him u should try our Toms River office. That he can be very harsh. I will be going as far as i can with this but im sure in the end he will only get a slap on the wrist if that...If you have children and value your self worth don't go there. Nothing but horror stories come out of there
