I went in on the anniversary of my son's death, having a panic attack. All they would offer is a medication that is $104 out of pocket and a referral to a therapist. I asked for an appt asap, seeing how I was having a panic attack at the time, and a cheaper medication, which their phar rep told me there were several at a lesser price. Instead paperwork was slammed down on the table beside me and I was told "take it or leave it, therapist appt would be nearly 2 weeks" and then told they did not want me as a patient. Remember I am having a panic attack. It was suggested for me to go to the county mental health facility. I pay $400 a month for BCBS!!! Terrible place, do not care about their patients, it is all about the money (never get scripts filled there!!!!), and are the rudest health so called professionals I have ever had to deal with!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
