Located in the beautiful town of Gilbert, AZ, we have been serving the entire East Valley (and just about every other valley as well!!) for two years. We specialize in Pre and Post Mold Remediation indoor air quality. If you have suffered a flood or have had severe water damage, or if you suspect that there has been water damage in your home, East Valley Inspections will promptly send out a technician who will do a non-invasive inspection of the suspect areas and will determine what type of testing should take place, be it just air samples or air samples in conjunction with a tape lift or a swab sample, and will then take the samples. In either condition, there MUST be at least TWO air samples taken, one as a control to determine the level of the outdoor condition so as to make an accurate determination of what the levels should be in the indoor environment. We are reasonably priced, and we offer accurate testing, friendly service and quick results.
