This is a great place to live. Quiet country like setting, close to shopping and bus service. Prompt and curtiuos service from the management when something goes wrong. Very nice and well kept neighborhood. Management is willing to work with you.

poor management
Very poor management. many renters moving out due to laziness of management. Wife of manager works at Shopko instead of handling complaints from tenants and never answers the phone. My neighbor next door over called the city inspector due to heating issues and plumbing problems. Avoid at all costs!!

sucks!
This place sucks. can see light arouns the doors, leaky windows, heat only works if you like to keep changing the thermostat.
handy man do not fix anything (leaky tub) still not fixed afer asking 8 months ago.
beside the ugly 70's kitchen and stinky smell coing up the bathroom drains!
miss a day of rent totaly by accident and end up in court for double rent!
they tell you when you move in that you can pay the property manager but now they consider it late if you pay the manager and again end up in court for eviction!
nothing here but false promises
