East Hampton Estates

I recently moved from East Hampton Estates. When I moved there the office staff was very nice and friendly. Overtime it changed and the new office staff was not what I would customer oriented unless they were trying lease to a NEW POSSIBLE TENANT.. However, as a previous tenant.. I notified them that I would move early if they needed my apartment. I was first told my apartment was rented as of 6/1/14 with my lease ending 5/31/14 @ 12 noon. Later on 5/6/14 I was contacted by one of the office representatives that the tenants wanted want to move in on 5/15/14. I then made arrangements the best I could to accommodate but could not move my movers to come not sooner then 5/16/14. I advised the office staff they said that was fine. I turned my keys in on 5/17 only to later find out that the new tenants did not move in until 5/30. I was then charged for taking the lights out of my name 2weeks early $52.00 when my monthly bill averaged $55 a month. I was charged for not properly cleaning UNDER the refrigerate (Moving and cleaning Under the refrigerator), door knobs, under the stove and we can not forget the track to the balcony door (WHAT!!!). I also has to pay the full months rent. Not ONE TIME did someone from the office try to make contact with me to advise me that the tenants did not move in which would have given me access to my apartment I paid for in full for the month to fix what they charged me in cleaning fees for. I lost money, I was charged additional money of which was deducted from my apartments. These people are very inconsiderate, uncaring once you have signed your lease. They don't care about any problems that you may have. Exterminators only come once a month so if you have a rodent problem and you missed exterminator date.. Oh Well! You will have to wait until the Next Month or fix the problem yourself. I do not recommend anyone to stay at these apartments if you value your deposit. I don't care how clean you clean the apartment they are going to find a reason to deduct from your deposit. They are dishonest individuals and corporate backs them up. The apartments may look good from the outside but believe me.. Everything you see good is not always Good... East Hampton Estate Apartments managed by Hayloft Property Management Co. Inc. are cover-up criminals. Stay at your own risk but don't expect 100% of deposit back. Because they will never admit where they have done a Tenant Wrong...
