**STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!**
I've lived on their properties for 2 years now they are terrible. Jan Bennett is the most rude, unhelpful employee I've ever encountered. They do not help you, they overcharge, and blame you for things that were already there. Condition Statements mean nothing to them; they will still charge you for damage that you had written down. They charge $100 for locks in the bedroom. The company as a whole is incompetent and very rude. The only good thing about this company is their repairman, Tony. He will go above and beyond, out of his way to help you out. He's a great employee; I don't know what he's doing still working for these scumbags.
