The two stars are for Dr. Burch & what we saw of her. That is all I can bring myself to do. The support staff (RN & clerical) will make you take your business elsewhere. They do not know what to do if it is not on a step by step checkoff list for them to read. There are so many things that went wrong with our experience because people did not want to work or go the extra mile. If you have any idea how the health care system works and can validate what they tell you, you will realize that they lie. God help the people that don't know. I can only imagine the costs they would incur along with the aggravation. Do not recommend based on staff....(because that is who you will primarily deal with).
