They are all about sales and don't care about the customer. Awful place: don't go there. If there's a problem, they don't care. This attitude starts with the top management and continues down the line to all their staff.

Don't even enter the store.
Earl B Feiden may have beautiful appliances in the showroom but they will deliver damaged goods and not replace it. I've been chasing after this company for 2 months now to replace a dented refrigerator door. They have sent two technicians and have only damaged the appliance more rather than repairing the problem. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB. Don't waste your time with these people, they will only disappoint and frustrate.
