Avoid - lots of billing errors
My primary issue with Eagle Rehab is their bad billing problems. I've called twice and they still have not fixed everything. They acknowledged that they had not applied one of my payments and that several charges were added that should not have been, but they still haven't fixed everything. When dealing with an injury, I don't want to also be dealing with billing problems.
